The highest level of achievement in ITIL 4 will be the ITIL 4 Master (not available currently). To achieve the ITIL 4 Master certification, professionals must be able to explain and justify their ability to apply the principles, methods and techniques from ITIL in the workplace. In addition, candidates must have both the ITIL Managing Professional (ITIL MP) and ITIL Strategic Leader (ITIL SL) designations.
Optimal Connections still offers ITIL V3 Foundation, as well as ITIL V3 Intermediate levels, should the client desire ITIL V3 training. Please note, however, that ITIL V3 is being replaced with ITIL 4, an evolved form of the ITIL framework, best fitted for the new digital marketplace we find ourselves in. Certification in ITIL Foundation, Intermediate or Advanced levels is well recognized by organizations and service providers around the world. ITIL 4 Awareness Training
In this one day ITIL 4 Awareness course you will receive a hi-level introduction to ITIL 4 and its key components: the Service Value System (SVS), and the Four Dimensions Model. You will gain an understanding of how the SVS describes all the components and activities of an organization, and how they work together as a system to facilitate value creation for stakeholders. You will also understand the key activities of the Service Value Chain (SVC), the heart of the Service Value System; and how these activities can be combined in various ways to form value streams for creating products and services that enable value realization.
You will also gain an understanding of the ITIL practices – the tools of IT service management that enable an organization to carry out its unique value streams. Practices like incident management, change enablement, and others. ITIL 4 Foundation Certification Training
This 3 day ITIL 4 foundation course provides IT leaders, practitioners, support staff and staff interfacing with the organization’s digital and information systems functions with a practical understanding of ITIL 4 key concepts, common language, principles and practices that enables successful management of modern IT-enabled services. It also prepares delegates for the ITIL Foundation Certificate Examination. The course is based on the ITIL 4 best practice service value system featured in the latest 2019 guidelines.
The ITIL Foundation Certification exam is well recognized in the industry, and is included with every class delivered. Classroom students will take the ITIL 4 Foundation certification exam in class on the last day. ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition Training
This 5 day comprehensive course provides a bridge for IT leaders, practitioners and support staff who already hold the ITIL v3 expert (or have 17 points under the ITIL v3 scheme) with an effective transition to the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation. Students who attend and complete this course will receive a comprehensive understanding of the new ITIL 4 framework, taking into account their existing knowledge of ITIL V3, but augmenting that with valuable knowledge about ITIL 4’s Service Value System (SVS), its Four Dimensions model, and its various components. ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support Training
The ITIL ® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support Training module is part of the Managing Professional stream for ITIL 4. Participants need to pass the related certification exam to progress toward the Managing Professional (MP) designation. The ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support module focuses on the integration of different value streams and activities to create, deliver and support IT-enabled products and services whilst also covering supporting practices, methods, and tools.

The Drive Stakeholder Value course is a 3-day course based on the ITIL® 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value exam specification from AXELOS. With the help of ITIL® 4 concepts and terminology, exercises, and
examples included in the course, you will acquire relevant knowledge to pass the ITIL® 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value certification exam.
The ITIL® 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder module provides guidance on establishing, maintaining, and developing effective service relationships at appropriate levels. It guides the organizations on a service journey in their service provider and consumer roles, supporting effective interaction and communication. ITIL 4 Specialist: Hi Velocity IT
The ITIL® 4 Specialist: High-Velocity IT course is based on the ITIL® 4 Specialist: High-Velocity IT candidate syllabus from AXELOS. The course addresses the specifics of digital transformation and helps organizations to evolve towards a convergence of business and technology, or to establish a new digital organization. With the help of ITIL® 4 concepts and terminology, activities, exercises, and examples included in the course, you will acquire relevant knowledge to pass the ITIL® 4 Specialist: High-Velocity IT certification exam.
This 3-day course is designed to enable practitioners to explore the ways in which digital organizations and digital operating models function in high-velocity environments. It will help aspiring organizations to operate in a similar way to successful digitally-native organizations. ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve
The ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan, and Improve course is based on the ITIL® 4 Strategist Direct, Plan, and Improve candidate syllabus from AXELOS. The course provides the practical skills necessary to create a “learning and improving” IT organization, with a strong and effective strategic direction. With the help of ITIL® 4 concepts and terminology, activities, exercises, and examples included in the course, you will acquire relevant knowledge to not only transform your organization into a proactive “learning” organization, but also pass the ITIL® Strategist: Direct, Plan, and Improve certification exam.

ITIL 4 Master Certification
The ITIL® Master certification validates your ability to apply the principles, methods and techniques from ITIL in the workplace.
To achieve the ITIL Master certification, you must be able to explain and justify how you have personally selected and applied a range of knowledge, principles, methods and techniques from the ITIL Framework and supporting management techniques, to achieve desired business outcomes in one or more practical assignments.
Every ITIL Master candidate will select a different range of experiences that are personal to them, so there is no fixed syllabus for this qualification. There is also no prescribed training course since the theory being tested will vary depending on the nature of the situation each candidate will choose.
