Announcing new ITIL 4 Courses coming this week ! Greetings, this is Paul. I just passed the ITIL 4 Direct, Plan and Improve exam. So this means I am now certified by AXELOS and PeopleCert to teach the following ITIL 4 courses:

- 5 day comprehensive class
- for ITIL experts or those with 17 credits in ITIL v3
